Consignment and Porch Pickup Agreement
This Consignment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signing by and between Hello Again LLC ("Consignee") and the individual consigning items ("Consignor"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of consigning items with Hello Again LLC.
1. Consignment Process
1.1 Appointments: Consignors must schedule an appointment for consignment items. Appointments are available during pop-up events or via porch pickup.
1.2 Accepted Items: Hello Again accepts high-quality, gently used, stylish women’s and feminine clothing, which may include casual wear, activewear, cocktail attire, outerwear, vintage, jeans and pants, dresses and skirts, shirts and tops, sunglasses, hats, and select jewelry.
1.3 Non-Accepted Items: Hello Again does not accept intimates, formal wear, swimwear, traditional workwear, or fast fashion.
1.4 Quantity of Items:
First-time consignors must bring at least 5 items.
Returning consignors may bring 1 to 25 items.
Consignors may submit items once per month.
1.5 Item Returns to Consignors: Consignors agree that all items submitted are final. Items that are not accepted for consignment or that reach the end of the consignment period will be donated to a local partner organization.
2. Pricing, Sales & Payment
2.1 Pricing: Hello Again sets prices based on brand, condition, and market trends, typically at 30% of the original retail price. Prices may be adjusted or items may be moved to sales sections at Hello Again’s discretion during the consignment period.
2.2 Payout:
Consignors receive 30% of the final sale price via ACH direct deposit or Zelle. Each ACH direct deposit will include a $2.50 deducted from the consignor payout. Alternatively, consignors can opt for 50% of the final sale price in store credit.
2.3 Payment Schedule: Payments are issued at the end of each month for sold items via ACH direct deposit and Zelle.
2.4 Consignment Period: Items are consigned for 60 days. After this period, Hello Again LLC will heavily discount the item or donate it.
3. Porch Pickup Policy
3.1 Procedure: Consignors can schedule porch pickups within 10 miles of Crozet (22932). Items must be placed in a white, odorless trash bag or paper bag and be easily accessible.
3.2 Quantity: A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 25 items are required for porch pickup.
3.3 Item Retrieval: Consignors agree that all items submitted are final. Items that are not accepted for consignment or that reach the end of the consignment period will be donated to a local partner organization.
4. General Terms
4.1 Condition of Items: All items must be clean, free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage (e.g., missing buttons, broken zippers).
4.2 Ownership & Authenticity: Consignors affirm they are the legal owners of the items and that all items are authentic. Once items are dropped off to or picked up by Hello Again, items will not be returned to the consignor.
4.3 Tracking: Consignors can track their items via the consignor portal.
4.4 Liability: Hello Again is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to consigned items. All items are left at consignor's own risk
